How do I know my purchase is secure?

Select your favorite Luxury Box, add the accessories you want and calculate the shipping costs for your country. Alternatively you can write to orders@italico-equestrian.com to get a personalized order.

How/where can I check my order status?

Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail which will confirm the items ordered, the payment method, shipping/billing address and total cost. If you have created an account, you will see your updated order information under “My account” section. To login or to create an account please follow this link . Once your order has been processed, which can take up to 1 working day, you will receive an e-mail with the final shipping date and it may vary by every single order.

Is my Luxury Box available for shipping?

All products visible on our website Italico-equestrian.com are in stock. In some special cases it may take 4-5 extra working days to send all the material in one shipment.

Payment

How do I know my purchase is secure?

On Italico-equestrian.com a SSL certificate is used to protect privacy sensitive information exchange like address and payment details. SSL encryption or other encryption methods are used to secure transactions with any 3rd parties such as online Credit Card authorization and PayPal payments.

How can I pay for my order?

At the moment we only support two payment methods: PayPal and Bank transfer.

You can select the payment method during your order. Please note that with bank payment the order will only be considered valid upon receipt of the money plus one business day.

Can I order from Italico-equestrian.com?

Yes. You can order at Italico-equestrian.com. You automatically receive global extended warranty on all our Luxury Box if you order online. Italico ships to all countries. During the order process you can select your country from the list.

Can I cancel my order on Italico-equestrian.com?

We are not able to cancel your order once the payment has been processed. If you wish to proceed with a return or refund, you can write an email to orders@italico-equestrian.com within 10 days of purchase. Our customer service department will help you to arrange a refund. Unfortunately we do not support product exchanges, so ask that you follow the returns process, and then after that you can order the replacement product by placing a new order online.

What is the advantage of ordering online at Italico-equestrian.com?
